Biographies
Michelle Mulholland, President/Attorney Placement Professional: Michelle received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and attended undergraduate school at North Dakota State University. She was also a member of the U. S. Army National Guard from 1995 to 2001. After law school, she was a practicing attorney for more than five years, primarily in a small litigation firm in Chicago. Michelle eventually desired to make the transition out of the practice of law and into legal recruiting. She has enjoyed over thirteen years in the industry and has built a solid reputation by making numerous placements of associates into law firms all over the country.

Janine O’Malley/In-House Counsel Placement Professional: Janine received her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2003. Following law school, Janine practiced as a trial attorney at the largest personal injury firm in Illinois. During her ten years as a trial attorney Janine tried numerous cases to verdict. Janine’s jury verdicts have been recognized in several publications including the Chicago Law Bulletin, National Verdict Search Magazine, and the Chicago Sun Times. During her decade long litigation career, Janine gained significant experience in a wide range of legal matters including contracts, construction defects, and state and federal regulations. As a litigator, Janine has worked closely with many law firms and attorneys nationwide. At Mulholland Legal Recruiting, Janine specializes in the placement of In-House counsel positions. Janine recruits high level legal professionals for a range of organizations and industries. Janine works closely with her corporate and attorney clients and takes the time to understand their needs.
